Planning Update

We’re making progress and want to keep you up to date!  We have accomplished two tasks which bring us closer to making the Boulder Alano Club a reality.

First, we submitted the paperwork to the IRS to form a new charitable, non-profit organization – 501(c)(3) – tax deductible.  Having this entity will allow us to organize as a club, and offer the members and donors tax deductions for their contributions.

Next, we have received our EIN (Employer Identification Number) as a private non-profit organization in the state of Colorado.

We are also in touch with a commercial realtor who is identifying some spaces that would work for the Boulder Alano Club.

    Will the Boulder Alano Club interact in any ways with existing AA organizations?

    Wow. Good work. Little by slow. Someone said that u r in negotiations for a building at Foothills and Baseline. And, how can I read the other blogs?
